Help for IMM5646

Hello Guys,
I am applying online to a tourist visa with my wife and our son (6 years old).
We are going all the 3 to visit Canada as tourist and going back after 14 days.
My son is not going to study in Canada.
Why the IMM5646 is a required document and not optional. how should i have to fill the doc?
Note that i cant proceed with my application if the required doc are not uploaded.

IMM 5646 should not be part of your son's application.

For the 'Come to Canada' tool, you must answer 'Yes' to the question:
Is your family member currently, or will they be, living in Canada with a parent or legal guardian for their entire stay?
