HI, so i just applied for my grandparents who are visiting from india and living with my family in the USA for a couple of months. We applied for a visitor visa for them to visit my uncle in canada. We applied online and got a letter back from the cic saying we need to send our passport. What I'm confused about is AM i supposed to send the passports through online or by mail to the closest visa office?

heres some of what the letter specified
Passport requirements
• Please provide your passport or travel document, with a copy of this letter.
• There must be at least one blank page in your passport.
• Your passport must be valid for the duration of your expected length of stay in Canada.
• Please note that we cannot issue a visa beyond the expiry date on the passport.

To find out where to send your passport, visit our website: cic.ca submit

I checked the website and it says to check question 9 and 7 but the problem is that when i do all the steps i can't find those questions.

So if you know anything about this or how to help please do as soon as possible- thanks

Check out this website:

Depending on where they are in the US, you would have to send passport to LA or NY. Payment would go to a different location.

Give them a call and they will guide you and tell you exactly what you documents you need to submit.

Phone Number: (646) 741- 0130
