Hi,
My parents applied visitor visa in November 2022, due to security check, it was only approved today (December 2024).
In July 2023, as we were seeing no hope to the visitor visa application, I submitted the super visa application for my parents and they got approved in just one month-August 2023 (while the visitor visa application is still in progress).
Today we received the Original Passport Request for the visitor visa application, but we already planned my parents to come to Canada on Dec 25th using their super visa.
Their travel plan won't allow them to submit their passport to the original VAC, but I still hope there is a way for them to submit their passport so to complete that visitor visa application process.
My question is: can they submit their passport to a visa office in Canada after they have arrived? Or shall I just give up the visitor visa application and let it get expired?
Thanks!
