I would like to start a diy on the cic website. Per all agency/consultants that I've talked to in the Philippines (also by the advises of people/consultant my husband talked to in Dubai) they were all telling us that we are eligible for an express entry. But every time i do the self assessment tool in the cic website. the results are always the same saying not eligible. my husband took the ielts already and had the educ assessment by wes. we wanted to start the process in the cic website now.
but why are we not qualified.

WES - nursing - equivalent to 3 yrs bachelors degree
a registered nurse with equivalent of 9 yrs full time work
hope someone will help me enlighten me on how to start the process, because were trying to save the money instead for paying an agent to do it for us. thank you.
