Help for Application

Hi guys,
I need help to fill out forms. I am applying to Buffalo, NY on skilled class (Regular).I have bunch of questions:
1. what does Identidy number, if applicable means? ( It's questions no.19 of IMM 0008 Application for Permanent Resident)

2. How can we give number of years for education levels ( Elementary/ Primary, Secondary/High School, University/College)? I have four years engineering degree plus 2 years MBA. Please help me do the math.

I will really apprreciate for help...and good luck for all who already applied...

1. Some countries have a national identity card. If you don't have one, then put "n/a."

2. In the U.s., elementary is 6 years and secondary is 6 years, for a total of 12. Then a four-year engineering degree would make 16 and the MBA would be 18.

Thank you so much for your help. Please tell me one more thing:
While mentioning Occupation and NOC what should we emntion: In my case, I worked as an Information manager . When I went throuh Occupation checklist I din't see any information manager but saw System Information Analysts and consultants which is quite similar to my job. So the question is I have to write my own post or the one mentioned in Website. And if I am not wrong, underneath NOC section I have to mention 4 digit code, right???

In the application, you should put your exact title and a description of your responsibilities. Then use the NOC code for the job that most closely matches your responsibilities.
