Help! First time to apply Visitor visa

Hi Guys,

I'm a Filipino working in Singapore & submitted my online application for visitor visa in Canada last April 2, 2017. Unfortunately, after 10 days they denied my application. I reapplied again (as I need to attend for my sister's wedding in September) on July 7 2017 but until now there's no update. I checked the processing time but it keeps changing every time. Is there a way that I can contact them & check for my status? Please advise, Thank you.

You can contact them but they do not have any information besides the one you already see online. http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/offices/missions/manila.asp

(So basically you will be wasting your time).

If you applied online your status is there. If not, link your paper app online.
