I have conducted a lot of research but I am still struggling to find the correct NOC code for my work experience. For some of choices I do have, I am not certain because the duties are not always fully aligned and I do not want to risk making an honest mistake in my application.

I would really appreciate if someone could help me find/confirm the NOC codes for the following roles and their respective duties:

1. “Aviation Safety Analyst” with a Canadian airline:
• Participating in the daily review of safety reports for the purpose of determining the scope of investigation and event classification;
• Conducting safety investigations, analysis, and identification of the cause or probable cause of hazards, incidents, and accidents identified under the safety management system (SMS) and fatigue risk management system (FRMS);
• Conducting hazard analysis and risk assessments;
• Conducting trend analysis on safety data;
• Evaluating effectiveness of corrective actions with respect to hazards, incidents, and accidents;
• Preparing and distributing reports to support the monitoring and analysis of trends in hazards, incidents and accidents;
• Promoting safety on an ongoing and regular basis (e.g. station visits and newsletter articles);
• Delivering SMS and FRMS specific training (e.g. investigation, root causes analysis, etc); • Attending safety conferences and symposiums; • Maintaining a personal, multi-disciplinary repertoire of concepts and philosophies that may be applied to the role;
• Other duties as assigned.

I can't find any NOC with duties that match the ones outlined above!!

2. "Salad Artist" with a Canadian gourmet salad chain:
• Preparing and maintaining quality standard and consistency with every salad order.
• Providing high-volume service during busy hours
• Dishwashing and participating in the general maintenance of the kitchen;
• Preparing work station with ingredients, wash, peel and cut fruits and vegetables;
• Cleaning and filling out deep cleaning checklists
• Maintain hygiene and safety standards;
• All other related tasks.

Can anyone confirm that this would be NOC 63200 Cooks?

3. Landing Gear and Braking Systems Engineer at an Aircraft Manufacturer
• Interface with other Engineers and other functions across our business and develop strong professional relationship with all stakeholders, including experts and specialists, Suppliers, Procurement, Customer Services, Final Assembly Line.
• Lead design evolution projects, per process, on time and on quality. Proactively solve issues to maintain or improve the maturity of the product. Lead the technical investigations and root cause identifications analysis and to identify design fix.
• Deliver a clear governance and provide a status of on-going issues, risks, opportunities and next steps.
• Travel to the vendor site if required (for troubleshooting, data gathering, issue resolution)
• Support testing on the aircraft test rig, as required.
• Prepare, review and approve engineering documentation.

Based on the duties above, I think that my role should fall under NOC 21390 Aerospace engineers since the system in question is exclusively an aircraft one - could anyone help me confirm this?
