Hello! My short story here: I am Principal Applicant. My sponsorship case was received by Mississauga office on Jan 8th 2018. In April I got request letter for additional documents and one of them was Israeli police certificate. The instructions says that police certificate must be sent by Israeli Embassy and I did everything according to the instructions. I provided all requested documents and my status was changed from "we need additional documents" to " N/A". After 5 months (!!!) I received a «final reminder» request from officer with 30 days timeframe for providing Israeli police certificate. I was shocked. Just in case I went one more time to Israeli Consulate and requested another copy of police certificate. The consulate said that another copy of police certificate will be ready in a minimum of one month. We called immediately to call centre IRCC and operator said that Mississauga office received police certificate on May 16! He said it looks like "misunderstanding" and recommend contact to officer and explain everything to him. So my question is:
I used that link to "fastest service" https://secure.cic.gc.ca/enquiries-renseignements/canada-case-cas-eng.aspx but last time I got confirmation that my document was delivered through that link in about 3 or 4 weeks! Is there any faster way contact to officer? I'd say emergency way. Any other webform or something? Thank you!
