help Filling the visit application

[size=10pt][size=10pt][size=10pt][size=10pt]i have couple of questions to ask about filling up my application for visiting Canada.
ill be so thankful for the help.

i want to visit Canada in February for 2 weeks ( vacation time between fall and spring semester) my goal for visiting now is to meet a girl am talking to her since one year over internet.
so i wana meet her alive and then get back to my university.
and also i wana see how's the life there, coz i wana continue there in Alberta my studying (Masters) after i graduate .
so i have 2 purposes for the visist.
and also i have brother in law there.

i wana know what to say in the application in question #3 " purpose of my visit to canada is: "
i dont know should i say am going to see a girl and to see the university and life there,
or should i say am going as tourist??
or am going to visit my brother in law??
which is better for me to specify?? so that it shouldn't make problem for me with the officer

and also i applied for immigration to Canada since 3 years, and its still in process, is this going to effect my visiting application process now??

please reply me ASAP coz i wana finish the application and submit it soon.
