Help filling in student visa form

Hi ,
I need help for filling in the study visa form.

1. Tuition fees , room board , other section ( Do i have to write annual fees ?)
2. The cost of my studies ( What to write my bank statement or total of mine bank statement + sponsor property and bank statement )
3. Employment details of past ten years ( I have been studying in quetta ,peshawar , rawalpindi during past 10 years in different schools so should I mention each school separately or just write student leaving city and facility name blank

1. You have to write the expenses of the whole course. If it is 2 years degree then you have to write Tuition fee and room board of 2 years. Room board = 20000 in this case and other = 3000 CAD.

2. If from the cost of your studies you mean funds available for your studies. Write total of your statement and sponsors. Select "Other" as the source and in the next box enter details like 15000 CAD by myself and 20000 CAD by sponsor.

3. For the past 10 years record, you have to start from the most recent and fill out till past 10 years. Provide full details, don't leave anything blank. If you need more space to complete 10 years of data, then take an other printout of this page and fill it in there.

Bro in point 2. My bank account does not have my money as I dont earn. Its transferred from my sponsor acc . So do u still think I should go with the way u mentioned . What about sponsor property ? does it count in statement ?

No, property does not count in funds available.

If the money is in your account, you would select option of "myself".

If you have the money available to your studies in your own account then you would select "myself". If one part of the money available for your studies is in your account and the other part of the money is in the sponsor's account then you would select "other".

Point 3. You said that you were studying in different cities not WORKING in different cities. If i am not wrong, employement field need your work experience not your academic acheivements. Inam please elaborate

I have CAD 38000 in my acc . Total cost of studies is $ 55000 . I have paid 1 year fees . So remaining total cost is $ 39000. My sponsor is my father with statement $ 23000 . what should I mention ?

If you have the money available to your studies in your own account then you would select "myself". If one part of the money available for your studies is in your account and the other part of the money is in the sponsor's account then you would select "other".

It required your Activity / occupation for the last 10 years. Activity includes studying as well.

My acceptance letter states total fees =15721 cad annual
Tuition fees = 5700 cad annual
So which of these should be written in tuition fees section in form

Check the letter from University, I think CAD 15721 would be tuition+books+transportation etc.

But 5700 CAD annual also doesn't seem correct, recheck it. The fee in the range of 5000 CAD is for PR or citizen. For international students the fee is in range of 7.5-10000 CAD. Its different for different universities and programs.

Check the letter from University, I think CAD 15721 would be tuition+books+transportation etc.
