I applied for Canada Immigration under FSW class in June 2010.
I was called for an interview in June 2012.
I have received the medical request in February 2013.
Along with the medicals, I am required to furnish proof of funds along with the details of foreign travel.

I have two questions:

1) From 2004 to 2007, I traveled on a visit visa from Bahrain to Saudi Arabia on a daily basis and have made 1000+ trips. Is there a simpler way to give this information or will I have to make individual entries for each trip?

2) What evidence do I need to provide for proof of funds i.e., what form do i need to give it in?

Please reply ASAP as I have to submit these within the next 2-3 days.
Thank You.

For funds, a bank statement with a letter from bank stating the account details and current balance. Usually past 6 months' statement is enough (if they have not asked for a specific period).

About your travel, I am not sure what the purpose was for your visits, but you will have to mention it (not 1000 times though). Probably say 2004 through 2007 and put in comment column (if there is one) what was the purpose and how did you do it (I am not sure how far are these two places and how did it work).

Quote Qorax in your post and he might be able to give an expert advice.

Thanks

You got the answer for funds already.

You might have traveled several times to and fro through the The King Fahd Causeway connecting Saudi Arabia and Bahrain. Usually repeated business related trips between all the Gulf countries are very often like trailer drivers and sales representatives. Visa office can understand such situation and therefore you may just show your cross-country travel on one line giving the year from and to. Make a brief note on an additional sheet of paper explaining why you traveled between Bahrain and Saudi Arabia several times during the said period.
