I Need some help with the generic application form
I have got my BC PNP 2 Weeks back . I was on restoration period ... and had stopped working... but I got my pnp on 81st day and applied for work permit based on the letter issued by bc pnp.
Now my question is relating to point no 10 of generic application which asks you the current country of residence and your status
So In my case I should select Other and then under Other I should write Out of Status requires restoration and leave to and from blank . that's what the guide say
So I just want to know if that's correct.
I had a PSWP For one year which expired on Nov 15 but before that I had applied for WP extension and continued working for which I received a refusal on Feb 2016 which is when I stopped working and got my BC PNP 81 Days after.
In Schedule A Point 6 d)
been refused refugee status, an immigrant or permanent resident visa (including a
Certificat de sélection du Québec
(CSQ) or application to the
Provincial Nominee Program) or visitor or temporary resident visa, to Canada or any other country?
what should I select Yes or No
is Work Permit also a temporary resident visa ..... just need some clarification and if it a yes what should write in explanation.
Please help as I am planning to mail my documents asap
