I found a job as sample logistics technician in an environmental science lab. I hold a bachelor’s degree in general sciences. I am having hard time figuring out the NOC code for this position. If someone can help me i will be really grateful to you. I have been stressed out as I want to apply for Manitoba pnp through career employment pathway.
The job description is :
• Greet all clients in a friendly, positive manner
• Receive all external client samples
• Unpack samples and organize them according to analytical requirements
• Ensure client samples are entered into LIMS and approved in a timely manner according to sample holding time, test code, due date,
and / or received date
• Ensure all required samples are redirected as required
• Prepare bottle orders requests and coordinate delivery of bottle orders
• Provide support to the Sample Log In team
• Ensure accuracy of results and data entry
• Recognize routine and non-routine problems and escalate to the Supervisor
• Ensure supply inventories are maintained
• Proactively ensure overall satisfaction of regional client base including communication to project management and supervisor as
appropriate
• Monitor/Calibrate the temperatures of fridges, thermometers and temperature guns
• Adhere to quality systems QA/QC, SOPs and external accreditation requirements.
• Adhere to safety policies.
• All other responsibilities as assigned
