I have submitted my ITA (CEC) already, my passport expired this this month.
CIC sent a request letter on June 4, 2021 requesting my new passport. I was given 30 days to submit my new passport.
I have applied to renew my passport on June 7, 2021 usually it takes them only 10 days to arrive. But due to the pandemic, the visa/passport office is closed.
The Visa/passport office told me my passport would be available.
I have an email proof from the visa passport office saying the delay in process.
I wrote a letter of explanation, but don't really know where to submit. Do I submit it via webform or just upload it to where I'm supposed to upload my new passport?
Anyone have had similar experience?
