HELP! Express Entry Profile Questionnaire

I am a bit confused when filling up the "Study and Languages" portion.

Under "Official Language" I fill "English" but then the next question is: Has <name> taken an approved language test to assess their French skills, when I choose yet the options are IELTS and CELPIP which are for english.

Why is the question "French" ?

What should I answer? I have IELTS but not French. Help?

I'ts a glitch in the system. Proceed and fill out Celpip/Ielts info.
