Hi there, I just got my confirmation of permenant residence letter, but I find there is an error on it. My original entry date supposed to be on 2010 instead of 2012 on it. I called the imm call center, the girl said she don't know I need to contact the Ottawa office. I wrote an email to the visa office for a few days, but no one replied yet, then I continue to call imm center but due to the high volum of received call they hung up my call automatically.

I searched on CIC online and found that "Use this application if you are a permanent resident or Canadian citizen who wants to correct errors on your Record of Landing or Confirmation of Permanent Residence.

These errors must have been made by Citizenship and Immigration Canada (CIC) when recording your personal information.

CIC will not change personal information on these documents if the changes happened after they were issued to you. For example, CIC will not change the documents if your name changed after a marriage or divorce.

Once you have filled out this application, send it to the CIC Query Response Centre in Ottawa. You can find the address in the Instruction Guide. ".

So I have a question, can I landed first then to request amend the error on CPR as they mentioned at the first paragraph ? If I can't , what should I do? Need your help, please!

Don't worry about it, just proceed and land.
My uncle's COPR also mentioned the wrong date on his COPR, he did not have any issues.

As long as the forms you submitted were correct, it should not be an issue at all.

just do your landing and inform the officer at the port of entry about this error,he/she will be able to correct it for you.
many people have had small errors like yours and proceed with their landing without any issues.

congrats on becoming pr :)
