Help! Employer misinforms CIC officer

I am in a fix and need help/advise.
I have completed my medicals and was waiting for my PR card.
For some weird reason, CIC calls my employer to verify some aspects of my work duties and my manager somehow misinforms the officer probably by accident claiming the officer was rude.
CIC is now asking me to write a letter to defend myself.
My manager refuses to write the letter but will sign off when i write it.
Help! I only have 30 days

Write the letter addressing the aspects of your work pointed out by CIC. Do it today, let your manager sign it and you send tomorrow. You don't need 30 days, just one
