Help! EE cancelled

A couple of months ago, I got PNP nominated in Alberta under Tech Pathway. The problem is that my EE got rejected because I submitted the wrong English test (I took the IELTS Academic one instead of the General Training) Today my application got marked as "Cancelled as incomplete". My questions are:

1. Can I transfer my PNP points to a new EE profile? Or do I have to go through everything again?
2. Is there anything I can do to swap the English test?

They didn't even give me the chance to amend my mistakes. Please help, I'm freaking out.

Your application was correctly refused without providing you with the opportunity to fix the error. The application you initially submit must be complete. Yours was not.

You'll need to create a new EE profile and wait for ITA again and reapply. I do believe there is a way to transfer the PNP points. Wait for others to comment on this.

Update: Unfortunately, Alberta does not allow PNP transfers. I'll have to go through the process again.
