Help, Do I high chance to get a study and work visa for English and work program

I had submitted my application to Canada Embassy for English and Work permit in 17 december, they have emailed me and ask me to so the medical check u. After I did the medical check, the doctor said I'm ok. So may I know am I high chance to get a visa?
