I really wish to immigrate to Canada, specifically through Express Entry stream since it sounds the easiest path for my case. I went to the website and calculated my points, I came up with 430 points.
- My IELTS score is overall 8.0 and I don't think I can raise it any better.
- More importantly, I don't have a Canadian Employment Offer nor PNP certification.
- As a matter of fact, I am not living in my home country, thus, I am in a temp. visa in another country.
I am facing two issues here:
1. I don't want my current employer (who doesn't speak English whatsoever) to know about my intention to move elsewhere. -Once all my immigration papers are settled and ITA is issued, I'd consider informing my current employer about my decision, this is mainly to minimize my risks.
However, Knowing that CIC may call my employer to verify my employment, how can I deal with this dilemma?
2. I have been applying to over 300+ jobs everywhere across Canada (used sites like: Indeed, Seek, LinkedIn, direct company, ..etc), no one seems to hire from overseas. I am highly concerned about my welfare for the first 6 months to survive in Canada. I don't have anything to show for financial assets.
I would like to know if there is any Canada-based TRUSTED recruiting agency which can I rely on to secure me a short-term contract job?? This is very important please if you have any idea on how to help me. I am ok with $14-18/hr or even minimum wage so long as it covers my basic needs.
Also, a job offer will help me a lot in increasing my points.
I know that there are a lot of Indian recruiters but I can't reach them. If anyone has experience with trusted ones, please do let me know.
