Hi there,

Please I need some help with my application. My wife and I are both in the medical field (in addition my wife has a masters degree form a reputable US school) although I will be the principal applicant since I have more years of experience than my wife. My question is, does my wife have to get her credentials evaluated by the MCC or I only get mine evaluated? Also, does she have to send her transcripts with the main application package? Or just her IELTS? I understand we both have to do IELTS.
I am assuming I dont have to send my transcripts again with the main application package since I will be sending my ECA report. Is this correct?

Lastly, I want some honest opinions... I am just going to send my documents to the MCC and I have read on their website that it takes 105 days, can we honestly still meet the cap or we should forget about applying this year?

Thank you.

In my opinion only principal applicant has to get the ECA done from MCC in case of specialist medical professional . She does not require to send her transcripts but still you may check with experts.

In case you want to claim adaptability points you should attach your wife's IELTS test results with your application.

Nobody can provide any details on cap . BUT if we won't start ,we would not reach anywhere .

Hope this helps.
