HELP! Confused with the forms package for outland x inland sponsorship!

Hi all! Im a Canadian Citizen doing an outland sponsorship process for my spouse.
After months of gathering documents and nearly shipping them today, I noticed that the mailing address ony Document Checklist was the address of CPV Mississauga for inland sponsorships rather than outland. I then noticed I might have downloaded the wrong forms package, but on .cic.gc.ca/english/information/applications/fc.asp I cannot see a clear distinction between forma to be used in one over the other. And cannot find a document checklist with the proper address for CPC Mississauga to be used in outland applications!

Can anyone help or point out what elae I need in an outland application that isnt already included in all the docs on the IMM 5409 checklist?

What am I missing? Is there a different doccument checklist I should be using?

Looks like the correct forms. When selecting your guide you need to select the sponsoring a family member and not the sponsoring a family member in canada option.

The address is different for inland and outland and are found on the cic website and not on the forms.
