Help!!! Confused ( US Citizen married to Canadian Citizen)

We applied on Mar 28, 2014..we got an email on May 14 with our UCl number..then we got another email on May 15..my husband was eligible for sponsorship...so now I logged on to CIC to view the application status...it reads decision made...when I click on it..it says..

"Sponsorship
We received your application to sponsor ......... on March 28, 2014.

We started processing your application on May 15, 2014.

We sent you a letter on May 15, 2014 about the decision on your application. Please consider delays in mail delivery before contacting us."

"Permanent Residence
We received ........ application for permanent residence on March 28, 2014.

Medical results have been received."

Why does it say decision made? is that a bad sign? shouldn't it say in progress??? or something like that..or is the decision made referring to his eligibility as a sponsor? please give some advice..I'm nervous and freaking out... :-X :-\

I'm terrified its a rejection.. :'( but why??? it seems to soon to say decision made...

On ECAs does it say Decision Made under 'Sponsorship Application Status' and Application Received under 'Permanent Residence Application Status' (if you're logging on with the Sponsor's UCI). If so that just means they've reached a decision based on the sponsor's eligibility to sponsor you. ECAS is very delayed - that decision was made when you got your Sponsorship Approval letter.
Now your application has been sent to Ottawa for processing the Applicant. Expect it to stay as 'Application Received' for a while longer.

just know it's going to be months and months before you hear anything again. either they will ask for more information, or will be ready to issue PPR. it's really not worth it to stress for the next 6-8 months. enjoy the sponsorship approval! you've made it through the first step. that should be cause for celebration in my book! plus it'll probably make it easier to visit him and stay long term.
