My fiancé and I are scheduled to get married in July of this year. We have a common law sponsorship in progress but we are afraid we may be refused due to insufficient evidence of the 1 year period. Is it possible to be refused inland and quickly apply for another sponsorship INLAND before the 30 day period they give to leave is over?
