Help! CIC website error/ PR renewal

Hi all,
I am renewing my PR card but the Apply for a PR card page has been down since Saturday. It's been 3 days. When I click on it all it says is Internal server error. The source can not be displayed.
Does anyone know the number or email of (maybe there's a PR card department?) CIC so I can tell them about this?

Since you don't apply for a PR renewal online, this is the link you should be using here You need to download and print the application, fill it out, include your proofs and mail it off.

the problem is, I can't get the form.... when you click the link for the form, it is a blank page saying "Internal Server Error" I just can't get the form from the CIC website. I've just checked back, it still does that..

I don't know why you have that issue, I have no problem at all. Perhaps it is a firewall setting or something of that nature. It will want to open a PDF file in a browser window. If you are doing this from a work station perhaps your company is blocking that type of attachment from opening.
