I am in the process of applying for Post Graduation Work Permit. I got an update today (Aug 23rd) saying that my action is required. CIC asked me to upload the certification of degree (Education (diplomas/degrees)) by Aug 30th. I asked my university and they said it will take 5 to 7 business days for me to get the document. I am afraid that I may not be able to submit the document by the required date. I tried to call IRCC to extend the deadline but nobody answered the phone. What should I do?
