HELP children not added to the app are they.....

my husband has 2 kids that we are NOT adding to our application and kgn wants him to sign a declartion sayin he is aware he will NEVER be able to send for them in the future.... if he signs that is my husband still aloud to apply for a vistation visa for them later on if like he wanted them to come stay with us for the summer or vacation some thing like that would he still be able to do that

The children may apply for visit visas in future, however there is an increased possibility they will be denied such, as they are excluded from ever being sponsored. KG could decide that the TRV application is a way for them to get around being excluded from sponsorship and that if they go to Canada where their father is, they will over-stay.

Yes, they can apply. What I'm saying is, it's going to be even harder to get, considering they are minors (so they have zero "ties" to show) and since he is going to exclude them from ever being sponsored in the family class, KG could decide they have no reason to return to Jamaica if they go and visit their father and will over-stay in order to remain with their parent.

If the husband has a good enough relationship with the mother and the children that the children would actually come visit him in Canada then he should add them to the application as non-accompanying dependent and have them get medicals. This way he retains the right to sponsor them in the future. You should not exclude kids from family class unless there is no choice.

hi icesfluffy if u do not put their names they will be ban from all sponsorship by their father and secondly it will be misrepresentation and cic have a way of finding out that u have more kids maybe they check the birth regristry in their country not sure just put their names and tick nonaccompanying

He should really add them to the application if at all possible. Otherwise he's possibly hurting their futures. What if somebody has a change of heart and they want to study in Canada when they're older?

Agree strongly with the above opinions. Add the kids to the application as non-accompanying. They'll need medicals. This way they can be sponsored later if he and they want - and they may well want to come to Canada later to study or live. If the mother is not cooperating, get family members to talk to her and explain that it is in the best interests of the children to be included on the application - if she dies, for example, the children will not be able to go to Canada to be with their father if she does not allow them to get the medicals now.
