HELP - Child Tax Application Incomplete

Hi All,

I became a permanent resident in July 2013 and stayed for 1 month in Toronto and then went back to Dubai to continue my work. Last June 2015, I came back in Toronto to reside permanently. I gave birth last Nov 2015 and I applied for Child tax benefit. This December I got a letter from CRA telling me that they cannot process my application because it is incomplete.

They are asking me to indicate in the letter my departure and return dates and the reason for my absence.

Anyone encounter the same problem?

They maybe asking for your World Income converted to CAD from the time period your not in Canada. I gave birth last Feb 2015 and I sent them this form for them to be able to process the CCTB of my child.
