Help, change country, address and employer

Hi,

I received my ITA for express entry about a month ago and submitted my application several days before.
My situation is,

1. currently, I am in Japan, all my application docs followed this.
2. Now I am moving to the US on Jan 6th the new year, work for another company sponsoring my new work VISA in the US.
3. Before onboarding the US, I will leave Japan permanently, and visit my family in China for a holiday. (stay in China from Dec 24th to Jan 5th).

So my question is,

Regarding my situation,

1. Do I need to update my address twice?
2. Do I need to submit documents indicating I am leaving current company, and also a letter from my company in the US on this?
3. Since I left the country, Do I need to submit a new PCC for Japan? (Japan PCC is hard to get when I am not physically in Japan, so I hope no)
4. What kind of form and portal I can update my application profile?

I saw many threads talking about this, wondering where is the source of truth, and want to hear from someone who had a similar experience.
