Hi. I am interested in applying for CEC. I have been working at the same place since Feb 2016 until now. From Feb 2016 to July 2016, I was working part time (20 hours on my study permit) and later on from August 1st 2016, I started working 26.25 hours a week. Unfortunately, one of the immigration agent (not a lawyer) gave me bad advice or there was a sort of miscommunication. He might have meant that I can work more than 20 hours when I am on implied status (ie when I have applied for PGWP). I probably understood that I can work more than 20 hours as soon as I am done with my studies. With that in mind, i started working 26.25 hours without applying for PGWP from August 1st. I realized my mistake on August 19th and I went to the border, did flagpoling and got my PGWP on 19th august 2016. Basically for 18 days i have worked more than 20 hours without PGWP, and probably it might be called unauthorized. Later I on started working full time, 37.5 hours a week from December 1st 2016. I have just finished one year in total, of candian experience and now I am interested in applying for CEC. I was wondering how to put my experience in my express entry profile? Since there is no place for exact date right now, but I guess later they will ask me for exact date of my employment? I am especially worried about those 19 days when I worked on my study permit for 26.25 hours.
And how shall i submit my reference letters considering all my jobs were at the same place with the same position, and just difference in part time to full time status. Please help

You will be indeed asked to get reference letters with the exact date when you started working. Start counting your experience from the day you applied for a PGWP, you can write a letter of explanation regarding those 18 days and that you're only claiming work experience after applying for a PGWP.

Your work experience during full-time studies cannot be counted.

Thanks. Should I explain my mistake of 18 days in LOE? And Should i get two separate reference letters? Though my job part time and later on full time was at the same place, under the same title?

Yes, explain the mistake.

One reference letter is sufficient as long as it makes the distinction between the part-time and full-time periods.

Thanks very much! Do I need a letter from HR or my immediate supervisor? Or both? I just applied for EE and my score is 511, suggesting I might get ita in the next round. I just want to be prepared for the future needs in terms of documents

Either is fine, as long as the letter contains all the required details. Ask yourself this - if IRCC called the letter-writer, which would prefer to answer the call?
