My CEC application was rejected, and I need to resubmit it as soon as possible. I have lots of qustions want to ask.... Please help me!!!

1. my Ielts was expiring at 13th August (means very soon), can I use it to submit the application and retake it after that? I have checked the lastest coming one is sept 21, but I need to apply the bridge working permit before DEC.

2. In the decision letter, it says my NOC and job duties don't match. but my job title indeed falls in the NOC I applied. In this case, what I should do? I want to change NOC, but should I write a letter to explain my job title and NOC? I cannot change the job title the company gives to me...

1) did you receive one official copy of your ielts results or 2?
2) can we see the decision letter / reason - it makes it easier to guide?
3) were you on a pgwp ?

Can you provide more details about your application like app filing date, NOC code..Also, you can use the same IELTS score if your application reaches CIC before Aug 13th. No, you cant submit IELTS score after you submit your application, meaning your application should include IELTS score...

regarding#2, what you can do is to send an email to HRSDC to make sure that your duties match the NOC but I am not sure if you would manage to get a reply from them within the time your ielts score expires...let us wait for more replies from seniors regarding noc mismatch...

1. No, I need to order it. But the Ielts homepage said if in Toronto, I can receive it in two days... (I hope it's true)
2. Yes, I saw it... it said "The letter listed the main duties you persformed. The information provided did not satisfy me that you have performed the funcitons of the lead statement and a majority of the main duties under NOC 0124" and I found that it's true.... NOC 0124 requires serveal years, but I didn't have this serveral years experiences...

through agency... anyway, I was rejected... I have to do something to keep my status in Canada, so I can continue my current job... T_T
don't want to blame anyone, maybe just because I'm in a bad luck...

don't want to blame anyone, maybe just because I'm in a bad luck...

try to look for some lawyer for help... It might help u in that case.., job information is important... Good luck,.. I am waiting for mine.. I am aug application..

I have gcms notes. Visa officer just open file and within 10 mins he refuse case. If he found nothing to reject the case then he gives reason that he was not satisfied with duties and lead statement function. So not satisfied u meet employment requirement. Blah blah..
