help.. CEC application

I am a recent nursing graduate with a 2 yrs diploma. I graduated since June 2010 but is still waiting for my nursing license. I have been working as a personal support worker since then. my question is whether this personal support worker fall under CEC standard? or do I have to wait to start working on my skill b4 i applied.. pls help.

I'm afraid not, the NOC is 6471, skill level C. Get your license and 1 year of experience as a nurse, you'll be eligible in many ways...
