HELP! CAN'T DOWNLOAD IMM 008

Hi, ive been trying many times to download from IMM 008 but I can't. The rest of the form I can download thru adobe, but this one just didnt work. Ive been having a hard times. Please help. Ive downloaded latest Adobe version as well but its not working too. :'(
