I am a Canadian citizen, but have lived in the States for three years as a travel nurse. I now live with a man (we live in Arizona), he is a Mexican citizen. We want to move to Canada ASAP since I have a job beginning April 1st. What is the best way to get him here? He applied for a visitors visa but was denied based on the assumption that he will not return to US. Our plan is to get married anyways, if we get married in America will they recognize it in Canada when we enter, or can he then apply for a spouse visa? What should we do we want to move to Canada ASAP! Thank you!

You are not likely to get him into Canada ASAP, even if you are married.

He has been refused an visitors visa, so once you are married you can apply for outland PR.
He will need to wait out the process outside Canada.

The outland process can be used inside or outside of Canada, but as you cannot get him into the country, there do not seem to be many options.

He will need a visa of some sort before he can enter Canada. You won't be able to just show up at the border and have one issued, nor will he be able to fly into Canada without a visa already in his passport (they won't let him on the plane). Being married to a Canadian does not change this.
