Help, can someone tell me if we got sponsorhsip approved probably gives visa????

Hello everybody, i would like to know if the VO send letter where they said sponsorship is approved , will they give the visa? or just will be 1 step and if im not pass 2 step they will refuse visa?????? please help me to understand better :-[

Basically the process is in 2 stages....Stage1 is that your sponsor is approved and they have sent either you or your sponsor a letter informing you that the application is now forward to the Visa office you filed in your application for stage2 to be finalized and issue the visa. hope the helps but someone else can explain better.
