HELP! Birth Certificate Issue URGENT

Hi everyone,

I am applying for a study permit and the CIC requested me to submit my birth certificate. However, when I try to upload my birth certificate on the CIC website, they ask me for my expiry date which my birth certificate does not include. What should I do?
