Just want to know my uncle (father's real brother) is now Canadian citizen ( Citizenship) how can he help me to immigrate to Canada ?

If you would be applying to PNP for the province in which your Uncle is residing currently, then definitely you can score more points in the assessment of nomination program OR in the case of Ontario - you will be able to demonstrate more convincing ties to Ontario.
You would require his document copies as well as those documents which confirm your relationship with him.

Definitely you would need to reappear for IELTS and score CLB 9 equivalent scores i.e. L-8,R-7,W-7,S-7
so that you get a score which is 400 or above and it can be easy to receive PT NOI from Ontario and ultimately Nomination from Ontario.
