Sry thts mine. I m asking fr my fiancee.bellaluna said:Yes. Me.
Just apply to the provinces.
There are definitely some provinces that don't allow multiple PNP applications (MB, NB) but I did not apply to those.
But you say in your signature you have a PR application in process?
Hello. So, we can apply to different provinces except Manitoba and New Brunswick?bellaluna said:Yes. Me.

Okay, copy that. Hope they give us more insights. I also wanna try my chances to different provinces and whichever gives me the chance, for sure I'll stick to that.joshi123 said:i am still waiting for correct info from experienced people
Technically he can indeed apply to OINP even while his BC PNP is in process, but he will have to convince OINP of his ties in Ontario, because right now his ties to BC are strong. Answer: what case does he have for Ontario?joshi123 said:Sry thts mine. I m asking fr my fiancee.
He has applied bcpnp last year. Can he wait fr oinp invite and apply tht too??
Coz he is living and wrking in bc and wont be able to quit soon
What I told you is that those two provinces discourage applying to their PNPs if you already have another PNP application in process. It's entirely up to you what you choose to do.mark29 said:Hello. So, we can apply to different provinces except Manitoba and New Brunswick?![]()

Wait, if you're getting married, why can't you add them to your application upon getting married, or sponsor for later?

Yeah thanx. We dnt wanna go the sponsor ship waycpz thats much longer. Myappliaction is almst at final stages and ibarelymetmy reuested draw points so we dnt wanna risk adding him and reducing the CRS. And he is wrking anyways. His case can be processed indepently. Also we studied in ontario. So ties can be proved fairly easy as we both lived there fr two years nd then moved separate. So wannted to ssee if we cqn apply oinp fr him and wait for both nominations. Wt point at application will he hav to moveto ontario ??
And hw long does he hav to live there after PR?
Also, there is this line on the CIC website:
More than one PT may wish to nominate a candidate; however, a candidate can have only one pending nomination in the system at a time and can accept only one nomination.
Link: http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/resources/tools/perm/express/pnp.asp
If CIC mentions you can receive more than 1 nomination (it happened to me), it implies that you can definitely lodge multiple PNP applications.
