HELP! AOR march 22, still waiting for PPR.

Hi, I applied my application thorugh mpnp Jan 27, 2017 and got my AOR March 22.

I got the medical exam on April 2018, and after that I haven't got any response. Its been about 23months after

AOR now, I tried to figure out what is going on, but cic won't answer me clearly. (I called them they said they are doing security check.)

Can you guys help me what I have to do? I already requested GCMS note september 2018, but no response.

Medical passed June 2019
Applied for BOW applied online July 29
Still waiting! I have no idea what to do! It's been over 7 months now m waiting for work permit! No response from them!
Plz let me know if someone in the same boat seeing this thread!! Or any suggestions!
