Help anyone - At what stage does cic reads LOE

Hi all

I am trying to understand where my application is. Got Aor 2 weeks ago, meds passed already

2 days ago cic requested a pcc for a country that was not mentioned in my travel history at all since the travel was many years ago in 2003.

the only thing mentioned in relation to this country was in loe where I explained to cic that the process of getting is certificate is facing delays. now I have the certificate and I uploaded it immediately after I got adr

so please my question is does anyone know at what stage cic reads LOE?

I can speak only from my experience. I submitted my application on 5th of August and I got ADR on 28th of August to submit my babies docs. The baby wasn't a part of my application, he was mentioned in LOE as he was born after ITA and we didn't have his passport at the time of submission. So I assume they read the LEO less then a month after submission. I was in NA2 stage.
But it's different with every application and I don't think there is any pattern to it.
