Hi, my name is Jack and im am struggling to find out the right way to apply for the right visa and im in a tight time schedule.
I currently have an offer of employment as a winter facilitator at a Tim Horton's camp, however I need to acquire a visa/work permit to go and work here, its a wonderful position and I love working with children and it is an amazing opportunity for me. I have previously worked in Canada in the summers, using the camp counsellor visa, with many exemptions from fees. However I've found this visa only works for the summer, and Ineed something that will do me for the winter. Can anyone advise or help please? It would be greatly appreciated!
I know that on the charitable and religious worker visa I would be exempt from certain fees and the Labour Market Impact Assessment (LMIA) and as this offer of employment is working in a charitable children camp I believe I can use this type of visa. the offer of employment is from Jan to April, and obviously time is very short for this type of thing, I'm at a loss at the moment, hopefully someone can help.
Thank you.
