HELP ....about restoration of status.

really need help to make my long story short ...my work permit expires april 29 i applied for an extension feb 6 ...now after rechecking all my papers i know i will get a refusal ... they said they will give you 90 days to apply for restoration how will i count that is that 90 days from april 29 or 90 days from the time i will receive my letter of refusal...??

because right now they are working on applications receive jan 14 mine was received feb 4 ... i am estimating they will open my file around july...i will be sending off my pr/owp this may 18 expecting in 3 mons i will get my owp...around august 18 what do you think if i received a refusal on july ..should i apply for a restoration or just wait for my owp around august ???

please asnwer me ... im so confused.

Implied status if u have Lmo and submitted before expiry of wp still can work till decision -----restoration of status if extension of work permit submitted after wp expire illegal to work till have new permit.
