Help about NOC 4131

HI all,
any chances of NOC 4131 getting included again in the eligible occupation list.
I read somewhere on this forum that the current CAP of 20000 will get exhausted by oct and then that by the end of Oct 2010, they are going to publish new MI (ministrial instructions).

Does anybody has any idea about this?
Pls help.

Hi,

It very higly unlikely that NOC 4131 will be included again in the list as there already so many 4131 applicants who are already in Canada and other are in process. And if they do decide to add back it wont be so sooon (atleast not in next 2-3yrs) it will take some time to issue a new list.

I seen your reply and your stats... you also applied under the same NOC. Pls can you share with me why they have excluded this NOC in the new NOC list..

Basically because NOC 4131 was covering so many field like University Lecturers, Company Trainers, Vocational Teachers everyone who teaches was applying under this NOC and many people applied in the past some geniune and some fake. They were unable to differentiate whom they should allow and whom not as it was covering all lecturers. Also i have heard that those who got PR under 4131 and moved to Canada were not doing great especially company trainers as they were unable to find jobs so that why they excluded it.

Hi,
My NOC code is also 4131 and I am a computer trainer in a college.
Still waiting for any updates after submitting my alll CHC docs to New Delhi in June 2010.
Will you please tell me the possibilities in my case.
I am very nervous.
