Hello i am from kosovo , my brother is working and he has a good paying job , he wants to apply for TRV in canada he even got a letter of invitation (from our grandfather there ) but the issue is will he be able to get it because our mother is a protected refugee there .
Will this affect on his application ?

Unfortunately, the likelihood of a refusal is high as IRCC might think that he is a potential asylum claimant
