Go to the Canadian Immigration website for your country. Look up "Visa" section and print the forms required to apply for a Temporary Resident Visa (Vistor Visa) and then apply based on the directions given on the website. The forms/instructions/wait times/offices are different for each country.

Make sure that you provide all the evidence you have of TIES TO YOUR HOME COUNTRY so the Visa Officer will know that you are going to return home. This is one of the main reasons for refusal of visas. Write a strong cover letter to explain why you want to visit and what you are returning home to (job, home, family, investments). Good Luck and hope your daughter is enjoying her time in Canada.
