if you have work experience and if it listed in the 28 occupation list
you can apply for a permanent residence.....
it depends on the point system
you need 67 points to qualify out of 100
where age
education
work experiences
Ielts
adaptibility
based on these you will be awarded points
age : i think 10 points age between(21 - 40 )yrs
education : depends on no of yrs of education 14 yrs or 16 yrs it depends( points close to 20 or 21)
work experience : max is 21 points (if you have 4 yrs of fulltime work exp)
IELts : depends on you ielts exam score
adaptibility : is someone who is blood related to you should be a canadian Permanent resident or citizen.
you can get min of 5 points for adaptibility max is 10 points

if you want to apply for PR then FSW 1 should be your scope..
