I'm with my daughter want to move to Canada, we are illegal immigrants in USA!!! We just have russian passports and that's it!!!! What should we do??? Can somebody tell me advices or maybe someone have experience like that!!!! Thanks

In that case you need to look into claiming asylum in the US. The safe third country agreement requires you to claim refugee status in the first safe country you reach - for you this was the US. So Canada will most likely refuse your claim.
