And current employer that gave me the job offer doesn’t have lmia, my only PR option to apply is under non express entry so there is no AoR for Bowp, I don’t know what to do .

Hi,

You have about 3 months to go before the WP expiry. Therefore, you can apply to the PNP and can be nominated before expiry/or closer to the expiry date of WP. Immediately, you can file PR and BOWP applications, and can stay in the country until the decision isn't made.

You just need to plan the things and act promptly.
