I want to inquire regarding our case. We will be filing for our PR. Unfortunately my father needs an explanation letter from the NBI, his remarks were - no pending case. We went twice to NBI for the explanation letter with my mothers request ( since she is the primary sponsor) but NBI is still asking for the letter from the embassy.
Is it possible to ask the embassy for the letter addressed to NBI that they require the letter of explanation?
Or is it better to submit the PR then wait for the embassy to send us an email asking for the letter of explanation then show it to the NBi?
