I am a filipina and have a canadian boyfriend and soon to be my husband , what will be the best and easiest way for me to be a resident at canada and to fly there and get married do the fiancee visa exist in canada or what is the alternative way we should do ?

Canada has no fiance visa. You will either need to be married or common law to be sponsored. Common law means that you have lived together continuously for at least one full year.
